JK's Cleaning Crew was created to fill an important need in the indianapolis area.  Many homes are driven by everyday that have been abandoned, foreclosed, or given up on.  Our company offers the owners of the property an option of cleaning it up and insuring that the property looks good on the inside as well as the outside.

Some tenants of properties have to leave in a short amount of time and the property is left in chaos.  That is where JK's Cleaning Crew can help.  We will cleanout the trash in the house, sweep, mop, wipe down counters, clean windows and get the house looking taken care of.  On the outside we will maintain the property so it deters vandalism which could cost thousands of dollars in damages.

We offer property occupancy checks, Interior/Exterior Inspections that include images of every area of the property included with report, along with our cleaning services.

 

While most of the properties that we contract are bank owned, some of our customers are just needing the tools and resources to maintain their own homes.  For those customers who offer our equipment and solutions to them at an affordable rate.
